Cancellation Policy

General cancellation 

All rescheduling and cancellations must be actioned by users directly at https://book.gopickle.com.au/book/GOpickle or via the GO Pickle App.

Private court bookings

Rescheduling without a cancellation fee is permitted, on the premise that rescheduling occurs 4 hours before the reservation and an alternative booking is made or the user elects to receive club credit to their GO Pickle account to use at a future date. 

GO Pickle’s cancellation policy requires users to cancel 24 hours before the start of the booking time for a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

After this point, the booking can no longer be cancelled in full without fees.

If payments are pending after one hour of play or reservation, they will be automatically charged to the booker.

Game match bookings 

Booker is responsible for canceling the reservation on time according to policy if players have not been completed.

Reservation Passes (Guest Passes)

Once a court hire booking is made using guest passes, the passes are non-refundable. Players may reschedule the booking for the same day, subject to availability. However, if the booking cannot be rescheduled and the player chooses a different date, it will be considered canceled, and the guest passes will be forfeited.

Program Passes (Free Passes)

Program passes used for social events, clinics, or programs hosted by Go Pickle are refundable. If a player cancels their booking, the free pass will automatically be credited back to their account for future use.
